Using the tackle database

Search for a bit of kit, a brand or a method — “hair rig”, “bite alarm”, “method feeder” — and we'll show matching gear plus any courses, fisheries and shops that fit. Every product has our on-paper score from desk research on specs and price, so you can shortlist quickly before you dig into the full review.

Filter by fishing style (carp, coarse, specialist, predator, fly) to cut the noise, or browse our best-of guides for each category.
