Licence, permission and seasons
Check the rod licence you need for your age, tackle and target fish in England. A venue ticket does not replace a rod licence. Check any local close season before fishing.
Taken from the fishery’s own pages, last checked 21 October 2026. Rules change — always check with the fishery before you go.
